BCMS specializes in the sale of privately owned companies that have sales ranging from $2 million to $200 million, spanning a wide array of industries. With over 20 years of history BCMS is the UK market leader, and more recently expanded into North America. Their reach has been prolific and today the company engages in pre-negotiation dialogue with more than 50,000 potential acquirers every year, generating over $1.5 billion in offers. Unique to BCMS is their intensive selling approach which generates an individualized marketplace of strategically minded purchasers for every one of their clients. The company’s unique process results in increased in bids, competition and purchaser motivation, resulting in a better deal and a higher purchase price.
They asked ikonic to build their US, UK, Netherlands and China websites to help elevate the BCMS image and generate new business inquiries.

Following a detailed brief and comprehensive list of business requirements, ikonic built a customized and sophisticated Content Management System to enable BCMS to manage their websites and engage potential clients.
We included a powerful grouping system to categorize content within the CMS that pulls relevant news and deals to users as they browse. To highlight BCMS’s accomplishments and build credibility, we programmed an interactive Success Gallery. Similarly, we built an elegant gallery to showcase the global BCMS team. Clear 'calls to action' and targeted contact forms have led to a substantial increase in contact from potential sellers.
To connect with potential clients and differentiate BCMS from other M&A firms, we worked closely with BCMS to reveal the visual language that reflects their clients and creates a warm, inviting feel. The success of the new look is being adapted to other marketing materials.
